IS there such thing?

Really a comfortable mouse over long periods of intense gripping while both units suffering no lag.

I'm wanting to connect my PC to my HDTV (1080p) but also keep it connected to my TFT for when the TV is needed by the missus, so a simple switch in the Nvidia settings should allow me to do that shouldn't it?

Was going to go for a 5m HDMI lead using the HDMI adaptor while keeping the other DVI output for my TFT, has anyone done that?

Back on track...was looking at the Logitech Cordless Desktop MX 5500 revolution and was pretty much sold until i read a review saying it suffered from lag :(

Price limit around £100.

Cheers.

there is a wireless razor gaming mouse and apparently that is amazing btu that alone is about 110 pounds i think
i dno about gamaing keyboards though
you could just get a wireless controller for gaming and a wireless keybord and mouse for computing
and that should cost you less then 100 easily

That tough eh?

Trouble is, although some gamers can get their head round a wireless keyboard - most will swear that a corded mouse is always far better than a wireless equivalent. (and in truth their right.)

I used to play Q3 online a lot - and during that time i tried a wireless mouse but the lag was very noticeable and I quickly reverted back.

I don’t play online games anymore but i have since moved to a complete wireless setup - and, even though i don’t play many games, i'm very aware, at times, my wireless mouse is a weak link.

It's one of those things that you really have to try out to decide for yourself - as it may be that it serves your purposes fine (as it does for me, now). But if you play online and especially if you’re clanned - then you'll be better served by a corded mouse.

+1 If you're gaming corded all the way. Much faster and a lot less hassle.

Seems like wireless gaming hasn't caught up yet, what is it that causes the lag btw?

I don't notice lag when I use my MX1000 laser mouse and logitech S510 wireless keyboard.

I'm often near the top of the charts on my game of choice (TF2) playing a variety of different classes. Lately I've been a Huntsmen obsessed sniper.... :)

I tried a Microsoft wireless keyboard and that suffered from "stuck key syndrome" whereby you would press a key and it would not stop typing that character for several seconds after you pressed it. I returned that sharpish.....!

I too am after a replacement for the S510 since I've worn out the labelling on the keys and its throwing the missus when she tries to write emails. I may just get another S510 if I can find one.

I've had two wireless sets, the Logitech MX3100 and currently the MX5500, both are fine and don't give any lag, although the MX3100 (which used Fast RF as opposed to Bluetooth) was perhaps a bit more reliable overall.
