Hi guys i'm going to be looking to get a htpc case and move my pc over to this so will require a wireless keyboard and mouse as its a bit of a distance from my current desk and I dont wish to have cables everywhere so I'm after a wireless keyboard and mouse.

I currently have some MS Keyboard and a 1.1b mouse which can be used in either left or right hands, I really like the shape of the mouse so would like something similar, but would like a recharging dock like the logitech ones.

I dont really like the shape of logitech mice and dont want to be paying millions of pounds so no dinovo suggestions please.

What ya got for me then ocuk?

Thanks

Any reason for the recharging dock? I'd say logi ex110 since its cheap and cheerful. The batteries will last a while though.

Dunno really, just saves hassle of changing batteries, although that was only because the last wireless battery mouse lasted about a month before it needed changing, guess thingsh ave moved on since then.

Yeah, I had that problem when I first got wireless gear, but the new stuff lasts many months i've found. You could go for one of those keyboards with a touchpad built in to save space. Probably good for a HTPC unless you're gaming/browsing a lot.

Its going to be my main pc still but just in a htpc case as I dont require huge case for overclocking etc anymore so want something that just fits in with the rest of my av gear.

I use one of these at work, and it gets hammered prettymuch 24/7. Had it for about 3yrs and it is still going strong. Lovely keyboard to use, and the mouse is particularly well weighted and nicely comfortable. Shame they're EOL now. There is an S520 around, OCUK may be getting these in sometime, might be worth a webnote if you're interested.

Will have a look I have a local retailer that stocks the s520 so may have a look in there at the set.
