So my keyboard just died on me after many good years of use. It's that Logitech one that used to come with the MX700 mouse. That mouse died a few months back and I've since bought a G7. So now I'm just looking for a keyboard.

Is it me or is there a serious lack of decent wireless keyboards that aren't part of a keyboard and mouse combo? I'd like to keep with Logitech and every one of their keyboards seems to be wired, unless you go for a combo.

Meh.

Unless for some specific reason, I say get a wired keyboard. That's because all the wireless one's I see use batteries, which from my mouse experience hasn't been that great/cheap. Battery life might be better on them, but don't really see the need for wireless especially if its not gonna be moved around

That said, I recently bought a Logitech Media Keyboard Elite - Retail (KB-066-LG) which so far has been comfortable to use & handy especially the one-touch controls

EDIT: Just noticed that only wireless keyboard stocked at OcUK is the Microsoft Remote Keyboard for Windows XP Media Center Edition - Retail (KB-053-MS)

That Logitech Media Elite one I really like, just wish it was wireless. It's a sexy keyboard to be sure.
