Wireless Media Keyboard

Can you please recommend me a wireless keyboard that will be used with my htpc. I will be sitting no more than 5m away, on my sofa.

Backlit would be nice, but touchpad to control the mouse is a must.

£40 budget.

I use a Keysonic RF for the HTPC, it looks like the bottom half of a laptop. It lacks media controls though (play pause stop, ffwd/rew, prev/skip, volume) It's not backlit.
