Wireless mouse?

Personally I would pick a mouse now that has a web driver so you can config it on any OS just through your browser. There are loads out there now too so lots of options.

It’s a shame the big players like Logitech and Razer don’t have a web driver. Ghub and synapse are awful.

I read somewhere that there is a beta web driver portal for Razer though not for all their mice, could be mistaking that for another brand though, def not Logitech hah.

Brands with driverless, on-device controls

Like Zowie, these manufacturers design their mice for a pure "plug-and-play" experience, allowing you to change settings like DPI and polling rate by holding specific button combinations directly on the mouse.

Vaxee: Known for making high-quality, competition-grade mice, Vaxee is frequently mentioned alongside Zowie. Its mice use hardware-based controls for all adjustments.

Xtrfy: This brand offers a true plug-and-play experience, with all settings like DPI, polling rate, and RGB lighting controlled by button combinations on the mouse itself.

Endgame Gear: Many of their mice, like the XM2we, are designed to be configured without software. You can change settings via the mouse's built-in controls.

Ducky: Some Ducky mice, such as the Feather, are known for having all settings controlled directly on the device, with no additional software needed.

Looks like you can only set DPI on the XM2we, totally forgot about Ducky and never heard of Xtrfy and Vaxee.
