So i'm currently on Sky broadband, and I have a wifi extender in my room, the router is downstairs! I've had this £8 300Mbps adapter from ebay about a year ago, but connection isnt always as strong.
Was looking into some of the stuff on OCUK, and just wanted to know if there'll be a difference in speed or which is better than the other, thanks.

Which is better and why?

TP-LINK TL-WDN4800 450Mbps Wireless N Dual Band PCI Express Adapter for only £26 elsewhere
Would that be better as it goes into the motherboard? Or no actual difference

I just bought TP-LINK Powerline Adapter Starter Kit - TL-PA411KIT AV500 500 Mbps - elsewhere, has good reviews

I've come across plenty of those in customer properties, they work spot on and are a doddle to set-up.
