Hey, i need a wireless G network adapter (Pci or usb just something that works!) to connect to my Linksys Wireless-G router.

I'm assuming that brand doesn't matter.

Does anyone know of an adapter under £30 which is guaranteed to work with vista 64-bit?

Thanks

It didn't seem worth starting a new thread but can anyone recommended me a Wireless G USB adaptor to connect to my linksys G router? I only need it to be vista-32 bit compatible.

Linksys wireless-G with speed booster - WUSB54GS

I have it working in vista 64 Bit

i got mine for £35 a while back so im sure its come down.

You are joking.

I have the WUSB54GS and it fails to work with Vista.

Or atleast the drivers do....

If i install the drivers then it simply says (When i plug the adapter in) that i need to allocate drivers for the adapter.

And when i try and point it to the disk it says they can't be found! :@

Ahhhh i've gotten it to work.

:)

Using a modified .inf file found on another forum, it found the drivers straight away and took about a second to connect.

:P
