Wireless Network Card Help Urgent Please!

D-Link AirPlus G DWL-G510 Wireless PCI Adapter

Just bought one of the above. Installed it with Vista x64 drivers & followed the on screen manual.

Now my laptop is connected to my Belkin Router and my dads PC is via ethernet. But my vista x64 says unidentified network & cant connect to the net. Ive pressed repair but ot no joy. It said turn off my router for 10 secs etc. which i did and still no luck.

Ive uninstalled drivers etc and then re installed my network card.

Appreciate some help dudes.

im not usin DLINK software as it doesnt work with Vista x64. Im using windows own as the tutorial/manual said. WEP is all fine etc. I turn off wirless security but still nothing.

Cant think what the problem is. I know it works on Vista x64 as there are drivers for it and other people use it on x64.

ive conencted an ethernet to the router and it works fine. tried with wireless and nothing. Unidentified network

I have the revision C card and also my Wireless laptop (XP SP2) can connect fine, but its my PC that doesn't work (Vista Home Premium x64).

Its so annoying

It cost £15 but doesn't work! Want to buy a new one that works but this card was confirmed to work on x64 so the same may happen again

soooo.... bit quiet in here

still not got working. even tried a reformat!

Works fine on XP.

just unidentified on Vista!
