Wireless network card question.

My trust Belkin N1 USB wireless adapter is dying, it'll drop out randomly and then say 'USB device not recognised' so I'm in the market for a PCI wireless card.
Please excuse my lack of knowledge in this area but would the data transfer rate between these two cards actually make any difference to me? Is it worth spending the money on the 1300Mb/s one? Can my internet speed keep up with it?And also will it work fine with a BT HomeHub?

It is a HH 5 which apparently after a quick google features Wi-Fi 802.11ac

I just had a quick google and the one in our living room looks just like the first google result that mentioned HH 5 and .11ac.... :confused:

Probably ought to find out for sure first then.

In light of the fact that it is a HH 4 without .11ac: spec me a wireless card.
