Wireless network connection

Hi guys,
my dads boss is getting broadband into his house and was also going to get it into his factory about 250m away from their house.

I said to him he can use his home connection in the factory to save on bills and stuff.

How do i go about this and what do i need?

The home pc will be coonected via an adsl modem or router. I think i will need to access points, 1 for the house and one for the factory. I think i will also need 2 directional aerials for these access points however these must be capable of going out side.

There is a perfect line of site between the two buildings however there is a roadbetween the two building that lorrys often go buy. Will this effect the signal in anyway?

If I was doing it again, I'd spend a bit more and get a Cisco bridge pair,
and/or look at 5GHz models.
