Wireless network monitoring software?

Is there any software that will allow you to monitor your wireless network connection? Who is connected etc etc

is ethereal only xp? I installed that the other day, it tried to load and then died

i'm just messing with a small network scanner called softperfect network scanner, anyone ever used this?

It's picking my pc up, and another 192.168.1.255. Now am i right in thinking this is the router with it's broadcast address?
