Wireless network problem after windows 10 install

Today i upgraded my mums laptop from windows 7 to 10 and everything seemed fine but when i went to connect you her router i got Can't Connect To Network and the router went missing from the network list. I refreshed the list and it appeared again but i got the same message. Strange thing is connects fine to my network at home, my isp is virgin media. My mum is with Sky but my Iphone 5c and Ipad connect to my mums network fine.

Uninstall the wireless card from device manager and let it redetect it.

I've tried that but same can't connect error.
