Hi guys,

I wonder if you can help me. I'm looking to connect to an existing wireless internet via a Wireless Access Point on a Router. I've tried using a wireless USB stick before, but the signal strength was really crap and eventually I gave up and moved back to using a cable - have been connecting to the router via a cable ever since.

I use an old Shuttle SFF cube (SN45G) which does not have Wireless LAN, but can be added as an aerial / package to the cube as a Shuttle accessory. Is this any good? Could anyone recommend something I could use with the Shuttle cube to connect to a wireless LAN with a strong signal please? I've recently upgraded the PSU in the cube to a 250W one from the original 200W which should help.

thanks,
Stewart

the shuttle wireless reciever is still just a USB reciever as it connects to USB headers on the motherboard. ive not had much experience in wireless stuff but if your pci slot is free, you may be better off getting a wireless PCI card, probably preferably the same make as your router??
