Wireless noob - Do I need a wireless card with my new build?

Will be building a new rig at the end of the month and will be the first time I'll be using a desktop with wireless internet.

The mobo I'm buying is http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MB-366-AS, I presume I'll need a wireless card with the build?

You do. WiFi not included with this motherboard.
