Wireless on laptop not working

I've got this Fujitsu laptop with a wireless on/off switch.

When the switch was on I used to be able to get the "Choose a wireless network" box.

Since I've reformated the switch doesn't do anything. I've installed all the system drivers apart from this one which doesn't have an installer:

Just wondered if that was the problem, and how can I get it working? Or is it something else?

Any help really appreciated because I haven't got a clue, thanks.

Have you tried the Add New Hardward wizard (in control panel) - chose to specify a location for the setup files and point it to that folder
