Wireless on PC Cuts Out

About every 2 hours or so, my Netgear WG111U just stops working. Windows says it is still connected, but I cannot access the wireless network. I cannot repair the connection and unplugging it and plugging it back in does not help - I just have to reboot the computer.

This started about 1 month ago, and I formatted last week, but the problem is still there - I don't have a clue what can cause this...

Anyone have any ideas?

Have you tried using a cable instead of wireless? I assume there is a RJ-45 port on the back.

The router is too far away

But its not a signal problem :confused:

Try upgrading the router firmware and network card drivers

All already on the latest.

The weird thing is that the problem only started around a month ago... it was fine the two months I had been using it before then :confused:

Check windows updates to see what was updated then - could be connected?

Netgear used to have a forum but I can't see it on thier site now?
