I'd just get a bog standard netgear PCI card. I have a WG311T and it works fine. The utility that comes with it is garbage, just install the driver and let Windows manage it.
Yeah I think that's the one, it's a couple of year old mine. I think the T may stand for netgears 108mbps turbo mode which I don't use anyway.
I don't necessarily know if it's the best or the cheapest. It works though and the netgear site is pretty good for drivers & such so for me it does the job.
