wireless printer connected but won't print

So heres the situation, my boss has a packard wireless printer. When the printer is connected via usb it prints fine but when it is connected to the computer wirelessly it doesn't. The computer recognises the printer and it is connected, it also says that the printer is printing when ou send a document but the printer just doesn't responds.
Any ideas?
 
Interference? If he has many wireless things maybe theyre conflicting, try changing channels. It might be able to see it but not send data due to conflicting signals
Purely guess work
