Wireless printer sharing

Can someone give me an idiots guide for me to allowing my laptop to use my desktop printer wirelessly. I have a lynksys wireless router and both pc and lappy are connected wirelessly to this.

i think you can right click your printer and share it that way. then you have to go and install the printer on the laptop as a network printer.

it should ask you when installing if its connected to your pc or on a network.

havent done it in a while but i need to set mine up again so il post a step by step if you cant work it out by giving that a go
