Every manufacturer now includes a selection of wireless printers.

What features do you want/need and what kind of paper throughput are you expecting?

Consumable Lifespan: How often are you expecting to use it?

Consumable Options: Photos & text or is it headed paper and invoices?

Bit more info please :)

As a brand I like Canon, but I've never owned one of their printers. For £121.99 this one is wireless:

Paper throughput? A4 and possibly A3? Can get A3 done at uni though, most of the stuff i'll be printing shall be paper work etc..

Features, not sure tbh. A priniter that prints and a scanner that scans? :D

Lifespan? Weekly during term time.

Photos and text :)

If it helps im a Media student

Thanks

Take a look at the HP photosmart c63**
It's wireless, 4800dpi scanner, individual inks some of which are huge.
800page black and 750page colours.

Or look at the HP c4*** series printers out at the moment. No thrills printer and takes a 1000page black and a 580page colour which can be had for 45£ for the pair.

Thoughts?

yeah thinking of getting one myself. Only thing is look about for the best price for the inks. A complete set would have been about a weeks wages when I was a student.

Looking at cartridge prices..

HP

364

Photo Black Ink Cartridge £10 then like £11 for colours

those are the small ones.

There are 5 in total. Look at the XLs their much better page per pound.
