wireless problem

something has gone horribly wrong with my internet seems t be so slow both the wired and wireless. i am on pipex with netgear router i tried unplugging the router seems to not improve one thing i want to try is to get into the 192.168.0.1 but i cant remember the user name that i was originally given anyone know what it could be i remember it being bery basix

Just do a 'reset' on the router - this will set it back to the default logon, e.g. admin (do web search if you don't know)
