Just put all the spare PC parts I had together, and bought this wireless card to go with it, but something's not working right. Initially, I just plugged the card in and let windows deal with drivers, since Win 7 had been fantastic for me with drivers in the past. They installed fine, could see all the wireless networks, no problems. But for some strange reason windows wouldn't actually connect to the router. It saw that there was WPA2-PSK security, and prompted me for the passcode, but just keeps telling me I've put the wrong code in. I know I'm not, but that's what it tells me every time. After getting fed up, I installed the drivers and software off the DVD. Windows still can't connect, but the software can connect (Though I have to specify the security type each time). Also, I can't find a way to make it remember the key or auto-connect, so every time I turn the PC on I have to connect and enter the wireless key. Finally, before it connects, the software only identifies the router as being wireless b/g. Only when connected does it list it as being n as well, though it is getting n speeds at least.
So... What's going on?
