wireless remote/keyboard/mouse to go through walls

I have my PC located upstairs in the spare bedroom which is linked via an HDMI cable to the TV in the lounge downstairs.

Can anyone recommend a decent remote, keyboard or mouse which will work. The lounge is directly below the spare bedroom so I'd say probably 5 meters from the sofa to the PC via the ceiling/floor

Look at some of the logitec ones, they use 2.4ghz wireless.

my g7 that ran on this would operate about 10 meters away.
