Wireless Router advice

I am going to setup a 'Belkin' wireless router, ADSL, on a pc and a laptop. I want to be able to use the printer from the laptop when in a different room. What do i need to do to activate this please. Do i need to install the printer driver on both machines, etc etc? Thanks

if your laptop has your printer connected you can print to the laptop from the pc. Just setup a network in windows

Belkin is terrible with AOL. Getting a Netgear.

Whatever router you get, don't forget to set the MTU to 1400.

https sites may, or may not work, eBay probably won't work. You'll generally have problems browsing the internet.

Then you've been very lucky. Quite how your router has managed to send packets > 1400 bytes into AOL and no suffer packet fragmentation is a mystery though.

The MTU should work fine on default, besides all ISP's have
their own MTU
