Wireless router for NTL Broadband

Hello i need a wireless router so i can get 2 pc's on the internet but i am not sure exactly what to be looking for, i am on a ntl 10mb cable connection so what should i be looking for?

would this do for example? (see link below)

Yup!!!

I have the WRT54GS v4 and it works a treat with NTL 10meg on mine

Sorry I don't follow?

Edit: Sorry you want your pc's to run wirless? I have my main pc hard wired and I have my IMB Z60m downstairs via wirless, signal is 'excellent' all over my house and garden!

We use a WRT54 v2 with the DD custom firmware and it works a treat with good range and signal.

Works well with Airport Extreme in my laptop, PCI card with external antenna in HTPC and standard Intel wireless B/G in another laptop.

Just be careful when using bittorrent or similar applications that maintain a large number of connections - without specific firmware you might get a performance hit.

thx for that guys, im a little worried as i am a member of a news group so i could do without the performance hit. So what kind of software would i need to not get a performance hit (im with giganews by the way)
