So after all the wireless issues I am having with the super hub I've decided to get a separate wireless N router and put the super hub into modem mode.

I don't really want to shell out too much but these are the candidates I've come up with on a budget:

Belkin

D-Link DIR615 ( can get for about £10)

Or if anyone can recommend me some other routers which will give me the most of the 50mb connection and better range that would be great.

Thanks

Same situation as you - superhub is utter garbage and no matter what settings are used there are always issues with it, even when I had the laptop no more than 2 feet away from it!

Bought myself an Asus RT-N56U last week (on special deal) and what a transformation! Easy to setup, and now I get reception everywhere at home with no dropouts whatsoever.

Bit pricey at £90 but for that you get essentially 2 wireless routers (2.4ghz & 5ghz) and all your problems would be gone!

Netgear WNR2200. It is N Wireless, USB Storage enabled & used for Virgin Media Connections. It is £40-£50 from different stores/shopping places, (online & in-store).
