Wireless router for Wii?

Hey guys.
Got a Wii today but I don't have a wireless network so can't take it online.
I don't want to use wireless for my PC's, I only really want it for the Wii or if I get a laptop sometime in the future maybe.

Anyway, my current network is like this. Internet is plugged into my PC, from my PC theres an ethernet cable to a switch which then shares out the internet to my 360 and other PC's in the house.

Now if I got a wireless router would I be able to connect my Wii up to the internet? I'd only want to give the Wii access to the internet so I would want to block any other traffic (i.e. from outside users, my PC's etc...)

Never used a wireless router before, so was wondering if any of you have any suggestions. I'd probably go for 100mbits+ min for the router, or would 54mbits be fine for the Wii? (don't want any lag over online games or downloading games form vitrual console etc...)

Thanks for any suggestions. <3
:)

Wii rocks btw.

What is your internet connection, Cable or DSL?

I'm using a Linksys WRT54GS to share our NTL connection and it works fine with both the Wii and DS:)

Cable. 10mb/sec with Telewest.

I'd also like ti to work with my DS too.

How much is that router you have? Don't really wanna spend more than £50 if I can help it. Lower the price the better! (poor now I bought my Wiiiii :() :p

I'd probably go for a WRT54GL (£46.94 from the shop) rather than the GS now (different firmware, more RAM but no Speedbooster though AIUI you can add it with firmware), but any wireless router will let you block everything but your Wii.
108Mbps is overkill if all you're ever going to use on the connection is the Wii or you aren't going to be transferring (large) files across the wireless connection, and it's unlikely any laptop will have an internal card that'll use 108Mbps anyway.

Telewest do give you a free router if you are on a plan of 4mb or 10mb
just thought I would give you a heads up
Just a note, if you do get one you will be tied to a 12 month contract. But why would you want to leave them anyways ;)

I don't pay for t'internet, my dad does. He don't want a contract :p
Any other ideas? Seeing as 54mb/sec would be fast enough I'll get one of those so it will be a tad cheaper. I'd also need at least 3 ethernet ports.
I know I could look myself but you guys probably know more about whats good and whats not than me :o

Well pretty much all routers come with 4 ethernet ports anyway so you don't need to worry about that.
