Wireless Security/Home Camera ?

Hi Guys

I'm going to be putting my home office in the conservatory so my stuff will be on show (if anyone peeps over the fence) so looking for a deterrent should anyone decide to burgle me. The house has an alarm.

Need something which is avail;able to view on line as well has a minimum of 3 days recordings for viewing. Needs to be good quality so you can make out faces.

Do not want a subscription.

What do you guys recommend?

Lucids points are all well made and I agree with him re beefing up physical security first.

In terms of the CCTV, I use Netgears Arlo system. Subscription free and 30 Days recording. Motion detect and will ping your phone/e-mail you if triggered. Give it a look

Arlo looks good. I like thats its wire free. Will read up on it.

Looked into Arlo Pro 2.... Nearly £500 for two cameras and the hub!!! Ouch!!

Is it best to put outside the building or inside the conservatory?
If outside then i will need to get the wall mounting kit and a power cable from the loft which trickles down to it. Wont be the nicest looking thing.
