Hey all

Can someone explain or point me to a forum that can tell me exactly how to setup a wireless router so other people cannot use the connection please?

Wireless stuff isn't my strong point and my friend who has the wireless doesn't want anyone else using his broadband.

Your Wireless Access Point (WAP) should have a configuration panel accessible through your web browser. There you'll find Wireless security functions. Set the security to use WPA, 128 encryption and set a pass key that you will remember.

On the client, it will look for local WAPs and your's will show as "security enabled". Click on the WAP and specify the pass key.
