When I had my dell vostro 1500 I would get the same speed from my broadband if i was connected to my netgear rangemax dg834pn router wired or wireless (i could d/l at a max rate of 840 kb/s)
I now have a Lenovo 3000 N200 laptop and there is significant difference between the speeds I get wired & wireless. The wireless is a lot slower. What would cause this?
The dell may have had an intel wireless n card and my lenovo has a intel 3945 a/b/g card
