Hey,

been hammering Forza lately and some people i know have been raving about the wireless speed wheel, so i have been thinking of getting one but wondered if any of you guys have one and what you think of it.

I bought one for Forza 4, love using it. It has a few bugs, vibration doesn't work properly unless you turn it off and turn it back on again - but then you lose the ability to shift up and down manually.

Pros definitely outweigh the cons, my times have improved and it's much more enjoyable to race!

Mrs Skully likes using it too!

yeah i have watched a few videos of people using and it does seem very responsive, does the lack of LB and RB cause much of an issue??

Some people moan about no RB/LB, I just turn it off and pick up a normal controller to do any major menu options. Not a big deal.

I've had no issues at all with accuracy.

I bought one but could not get on with it. I also have the Official wheel which is much more responsive in my opinion but a pain getting it out all the time.
I found the wheel to feel like you are playing a kinnect game but holding something if that makes sense. I should have given it more time but my old man "Eurghh its horrid burn it with fire" reaction kicked in and it was returned.

When turning it back on it shows up in the controller screen as the steering wheel & pedals. I just set the buttons here to match my original settings, this way it's the same for me before and after changing to the standard controller.

I have to say I couldn't go back to the standard controller after using the speed wheel, glad I got it.
