As the title suggests, I'm after some wireless in-ear earphones which aren't going to fail because of exposure to sweat.

I don't want to spend a small fortune, but up to £100 would be OK.

Any suggestions/experiences would be great.

Only wireless earphones i've used are my brothers Jaybirds. They are pretty secure since they hook round your ears and they claim to be sweat and water resistant, they do make your ears stick out a little though. Sound isn't fantastic but it's not terrible either. Cost around £80 most places.

May not be in the right ballpark, but I got some Motorola S9 heaphones.

Not massively HQ due to being bluetooth, but I got them for the gym as they are sweatproof.

Plus David Beckham wears them according to the Moto adverts so they must be good (or they mash the sound so much it sound like Victoria can sing) ;-)

I love how these companies claim that such and such famous persons wear their products. Of course they do! They were paid. ;)

I don't mean to imply that Pete is gullible, but it's quite funny how many people will buy such products because the company that sells them says a celebrity uses the product, regardless of quality.

I know Pete said that with tongue in cheek. :)

My Sennheiser CX300 have been fantastic. I know they are not wireless but they have held their own against sweat, rain, very heavy rain, being dropped, pulled and even fell in a waterfall with! (someone pushed me when i was hiking with them in)

Suprisingly they are still going strong and sound great - probably a bit too bassy for some people but i think they are great for the £25 i paid

Wireless in ear headphones?!

i dont think its really possible is it? well of course unless they have a battery in them which would make them twice as big and sound rubbish.

Power can't be transferred wirelessly remember.

I get this constantly at work people asking for 'wireless' surround sound... i tell them "yes we do that, fm and am built in! :P".

I dont think people think these things through in there head.

If you want a decent sound i think your gonna have to put up with the wire mate, as far as sweat resistance, i cant really help you there either most i ever sweat is getting outta my chair to goto the toilet.

I got the Motorola S9 and can say i'm impressed. Good sound, bass is very good. Good battery life, smart looking and around the £40 mark. Only issue is sometimes the signal can be iffy when outside, even when phone is in your pocket.

I also recommend CX300's.

They have served me well when cycling, jogging and just general gym use. They don't fall out and I've not had a problem with sweat or rain.
