Wireless Telephone Sockets

Not sure if this is the best section to post this query in but it's the only one vaguely related as far as I can see.

Basically looking to know if anyone has any experience with these? Are they simple enough to setup? Do they integrate well with broadband? The only thing I want to use them for is Sky multiroom. We only installed one telephone line into our house (DECT telephones, CAT5e wired so no need for more).
