wireless turn on?

All depends on the motherboard - may be a bit hit and miss.

Enable booting with a password or boot on any key...set the password to a single letter, e.g. "a".

Make sure you enable all USB options too :)
 
Only PS/2 keyboards can do this and the function has to be enabled in the BIOS.
