I bought a wireless usb adapter for my desktop recently but i cant get it to connect to my router, could my laptop which is connected to the router (and sitting next to the desktop) be affecting the signal the adapter recieves?
The router came with sky broadband its a Netgear and is not an access point, the adapter is made by Sweex. I got conncted once and havent been able to since so they must be compatible in some way.
