Wireless USB Dongles - Which one should I pick?

Heard really good things about these two and was wondering if anyone could recommend either one to me.

Internal card over USB dongle every time if it must be wireless.

The 2nd one down is the one I got its amazing. That internal one listed has 2dbi antennas and will be at the back of your pc.

The Tplink has 2x 3db antennas and will be located on the desk with the usb extension and can be moved.

Just to say I went for the TP-Link USB one, and wow! Signal has gone from 3 bars to full signal, and the speed is the best I have ever experienced!
