Howdy,
Earlier on in the year I was having issues with my old 2006 Macbook and it's wireless. Whilst it would detect networks and everything it wouldn't connect whatsoever, so essentially viewed it as dead.
So I went and bought a CSL USB stick to see if it would work as a solution and to start off with it was great, connected to the network fine and loaded web pages/streamed fine.
Now all of a sudden it's being a real ballache, the wireless network utility software it comes with just shows it dropping whenever it feels like it, when it is connected pages load to a standard akin to dialup.
Firmware is up to date and all that, so any suggestions before I throw it out the window and buy a new one?
