can someone explain to me what the heck this is? i was having problems with my wireles N router, well i say problems theses only occured, when dad came back from work and his iphone (i believe i narrowed it down to that). i tried contacing belkin support, updated firmware, changed the channel the lot, with no avail.

however last night with one last roll of the dice before i got rid, i saw and changed the bandwidth from 40mhz to 20/40mhz and seemed to have solved the problem. now why has this solved it? and secondly for any people out there with similiar issues give it a shot

Were your problems random dropouts on the wireless network? I have been suffering helluva lot of network dropouts after I foolishly bought this router. At the moment, the network looks stable when I disable Enable DNS, so all my laptops now run with static IP addresses to the router.

Also, the box for the router shows a symbol of a printer, I bought this thinking that the usb port allows me to connect a printer to work over the network....... But the port was for storage devices only - a fact only detailed on the instructions INSIDE the box. Not a good buy.. :(
