Wiring for wet UFH / Rads

We've recently renovated a house and had a full rewire and new rads upstairs and wet ufh downstairs. Our sparks weren't interested in wiring up the heating controls and just left a supply for the boiler as part of the rewire. The plumber wired the controls for the upstairs rads but as of yet the ufh is not wired up. Anyone got this sort of set up? Do i need a spark to do it? The wiring guide is pretty straight forward but the rads upstairs confuses things a bit and i dont really know what im doing. I've been told most sparks try not to get involved with heating controls! Where's a good place to start to read up on this, anyone know? Cheers!
