I have 3 x PC fans and I plan to cut the ends off and bare some cable and twist them all together, then twist them with a 12v universal charger to power them. Is there some type of little box that I can attach them all to, for a much neater job rather than twisting all the cables together?, something I can just screw the ends down and will link them with the 12v universal charger?

Something like this perhaps.

Just use some wire to share out the voltage rail and ground and then hook up to the other side.

I use one in my case to cut or make power to my lighting.

Not a wonderful image but you get the idea. Total cost 50p :)

Cool! !

Where as in the picture he uses 2x blocks am guessing I only use one? Put all the fan wires in the 2 slots and on the opposite side put the 12v power cables. Hope you get what I mean :)

Can do it that way... or like Teals shows, but with 6x blocks with power jumpered on one side and fans on other. Makes it easier to remove a fan if needed. If you think you may add more fans use a block of appropriate number.
