wiring Tutorial from graphics card to monitor

Hi guyz
Does anyone know where i can find a tutorial that teaches you how to wire a graphics card to an internal monitor? like in the pc below. Both monitors that is

loop the cables back through a hole is the best option and easiest. other option would be to custom make some cables. i have seen flat monitor cables which would be ideal for your setup. problem with flat cables is that thier signal degrades over long runs so they have to be kept short in run lengths, which you will have no problems in doing.

That side monitor is a laptop screen, still. I would like to know how to acomplish this using a laptop screen, as the connectios are different.

Exactly what i want to do. i have a small 15 lcd from my old lapppy that i want to use.
