My new case (Lian Li PC-A77F) comes with 4 x native USB 3 ports on the front.
The motherboard, Crosshair IV Formula, only has two headers for USB 3.

So my question is, how do I wire up the final 2 ports?
Do I need to get a PCI-e USB 3 card and connect some outputs to the front of the case?

Any assistance gratefully received.

Anyone?
My Google-fu is apparently too weak to assist me with this one...
Any pointers/links/anything will be appreciated.

There's only a header for two ports, so an additional card is the only option.

Do you really need four front-mounted USB3? Or is it just a case of "they're there, so I want 'em connected"?

(I'm a bit like that, to be honest ^_^)

That board has 5 internal USB connectors. Each set of pins does 2 USB ports apart from one which doesnt have as many pins in it. None of the internal pins are USB 3 though

^^^^^^Done from memory as I was looking at that board a week or two ago.

Do you know how I can work around this then, please, mate, as I am really struggling, and google doesn't seem to be my friend on this issue...

I've also got this problem.
I saw this a few days ago and am trying to hound a couple down for my PC-A77F as well:
