Wish to change from ATX to a HTPC / MATX build

Need some ideas for:

How to go about it
What cases are good
What motherboard will be good (x58)

My rig is in my sig, although GPU(s) is now a single 5850. Basically want to move my rig into a smaller configuration... just the MOBO that needs changing I think?

Reckon it's worth just selling the mobo? Or fully selling the entire system and rebuying a new build.

Cooling is currently provided by an Antec H20 620.

Off the top of my head Rampage III Gene i think its called i would go for, no point selling your whole system no need, just sell your current mobo and buy that one (if you like it).

Is a decent mATX case.
