Witcher 1 or Fable 3?

Not long left! -_- :P

Fable 3 was worth playing if you are a fan of the series.
Bit of a let down overall, Improved multiplayer at the expense of the emote wheel and a few other gameplay features.

The witcher on the other hand is a better RPG game, way more difficult.
The original is quite slow to start but very good once you get into the 2nd part of Vizima.

lol, I think if you're a fan of Fable DON'T buy Fable 3, it will taint the others, its so pathetically bad, really really really bad.

Fable 2 and Fable 1 are insanely similar, to a painful level of repetetiveness, I happened to play 2 before 1, firstly thinking Fable 2 was great but with some minor irritatings(burping/farting being thought of as "witty"), Fable 1 made me realise it was a carbon copy of 1 mostly, just prettier.

Fable 3 has awful combat, awful interaction with "the people", awful, errm, everything. Story is dull, its not funny, its childish, not lacking swearing, its just not funny unless you're four years old and think "pull my finger" jokes are funny....... the 458th time.

Witcher 1, fantastic, but I didn't like the first hour or so at all, and it doesn't get really good till a few hours in. Witcher 2, meh combat, a bit too easy, but still enjoyable enough.

Witcher 1 is much better RPG than any Fable, And Witcher 2 just stomps Fable into the ground with a power of thousand pound gorilla.

The first fable would beg to differ.

Either way, I doubt any game can be as good an RPG as.. KOTOR. Amazing game.

Gonna see how much first Witcher is and may get that if I can.

I actually own all of them, Fable 1, KOTOR 1+2, Witcher 1+2.

I finished them all except Fable. I could not take its childish world, corridors with invisible walls, lame story and choices amounting to "be saint" or "be devil". To each their own ofkoz.

Witcher 2 is the best (writing, atmosphere, world design..), followed by Witcher 1, then KOTOR 2, followed by KOTOR 1.
KOTOR2 has amazing writing, it is just a shame the ending was not fully finished.

imo :p

I was about to say. :P
I can appreciate that, but for me KOTOR will always be the best RPG for me.
Just hoping TOR can live up to it.

Make sure to get it on GOG instead of steam, so that CD Projekt gets all the money and can make us shiny new Witcher 3 :-).

It's also DRM free and comes with nifty extras.

Seriously, GoG's awesome, use it :D

That's why i consider CD Projeckt as one of the most respected companies out there. Yes like any company they are there to make a profit as well but they don't try and screw everyone DLC wise.

I think every Witcher 2 DLC has been free. Not many companies do that, if any :)

Can it then register on steam though? I like to let people know im on a game and track my time played :p

No, I don't think so. You could always register it as a non-Steam game, so you can still use the community when you're playing it, but it doesn't track time played.
