Witcher 2 questions...

Ok, I played the first Witcher but that was back in 2007 or something, anyway the differences in Witcher 2 make it feel like a whole new experience, which brings some things I need clearing up if someone can help out :p

Oh, and Im only in Chapter 1.

1) After I did the Prologue, before reaching Chapter 1 is it possible to miss some quests out? I ask because now I am in Chapter 1, in the journal under quests it has 2 entries for the Prologue that are not complete, the rest have green arrows next to them but two. So is it possible I missed some quests, and now I cant go back to finish them?

2) When setting a quest as active, the map does not always show a arrow to follow (so you know where your going). Is this done on purpose for some quests so that you have to explore/research yourself where to go?

3) Where can I get better armour etc, the only place I know where to go is to see that dwarve near the people who got hung in Chapter 1, other than that looting dead bodies or something, but the gear I have is crap.

4) How to destroy the nekker tunnel things? I read something about using grapejuice shoot or something?

5) is is possible to view game stats, such as time played etc?


Good game so far just like the 1st was, but this seems much more in depth. If i didnt find a mod to make the fonts bigger I would have had to stop playing though, the text was tiny :o

1. Some quests span multiple chapters

2. Some quests cannot be done immediately, be patient

3. Shops, enemies.

4. walk up to them and a prompt will appear

5. I'm not sure about this one
 
ah ok cheers, I saw the thread but whenever you ask in such threads your posts normally get ignored or lost as most people are already talking about something
