Witcher code already redeemed?

Bought a new 970 together with a mobo+4790K bundle, everything installed and tested so wanted to try the Witcher III but turns out the code has already been redeemed?

Im guessing you'll have to contact them with proof of your card with the witcher code on like when Dirt 3 codes got leaked over the internet and activated on steam
