We've currently got 2 PS4 Pros and a PS4 slim at my in-laws, but my son and I are going Xbox and PC after I managed to get him a 3070 at retail price.

I've got about 40 quid in my account, does anyone know if I can withdraw this before selling the consoles? Can't see a way to do it on the PS4 or the PlayStation website. Cheers.

Nope, once it on your account then it stays there until you use it.

You can ask Sony customer service but they probably say the same.

Bummer...

I'll try to get in touch with them tomorrow, but I won't hold my breath, can't even gift a game to another account, or I'd have just done that. :(

Thanks for the reply.

"Thank you for contacting PlayStation Support.

Unfortunately you have funded the wallet using a voucher that cannot be refunded. The money will remain in the wallet unfortunately. I'm afraid there is nothing we can do."

Ah well, it'll still be there if we get a PS6!

Is there an option to spend the credit on content you can gift to another user? If so you could potentially use the MM to gift content to a forum member at a discounted rate. You wouldn't get all your money back but better than loosing all of it.

You could gift games and content until 2019, but as far as I can see now, there's no way of doing it any more.

I'm impressed you managed to get a gpu at rrp. If there were an option on psn to buy lottery tickets I'd suggest that:cry:.

Good old Discord/Telegram FE notifications, signed up on the Tuesday and there was a huge drop on the Thursday, think that's my luck used up for the year!
