Can you withdraw any amount from inside a bank, at the kiosk?

I have an extra £4 in my bank which i can't get out at the cashpoint... (Yeah i'm only 16 i don't have a lot of money!)

Can i just go in with my card and get it out from one of the till-things.

Cheers

Nub question, i know :p

I got the exact change out of my bank a few years ago for a subway because I had under a fiver. The cashier even said "getting a subway?" :p

Just sit by the Pay & Display in the car park near House of Fraser in Swindon town centre asking if people have "got any spare change, guvnor...?" - you'll earn more than £4 in just a few minutes.

Either that, or walk slowly along Manchester Road peering into the cars stopped at the traffic lights. Must be profitable cause there's always lots of very classy women doing that.

...I do have more then £4! I just want to get this out of my bank as it's annoying having a figure other then 10/20/30 , which you can't withdraw from a cash machine! :(

Oh, the money is for my trip to manny road really *Sarcastic msn face*

is there an upper limit to how much you can withdraw from your account at the kiosk? it is same as the atm?
No, although branches only carry a certain amount of funds that is accessible at any one time - the rest is kept in a safe for ...er, safe keeping - so if you do require withdrawing a large amount you should warn your branch in advance so they can ensure they have the necessary funds available for you to take away. They also don't tend to count it out in front of everyone but invite you somewhere more private so you witness it being counted... that way, you're less likely to get jumped the moment you step outside the branch ;)
