WLM Problem

Is anyone elses WLM just not working?

Mines taking ages to react when im typing in my password, plus its just failing to log in.

Tried reinstalling and clicking help, but both did nothing.

Any ideas?

Try the troubleshooter.

TOOLS > OPTIONS > CONNECTION > START

and post your findings.

All fine.

Also when i click sign in it dosent even try to log in, it just immediately appears with that error message.

Does IE work? Try logging in with a different account.

Ive tried logging in on multiple accounts, but the problem still persists.

I had this a week or so back. Same problems, I could get 4.7 to log in.

What I did was, uninstall, revert back to an older version 7.x or 6.x then reinstall the latest version.

Nope not atall, it still took ages to react to the keystrokes and still errored.

EDIT - I tried logging in on my brothers computer and it worked perfectly.

Well ive been emailing msn surrport for the last few days and weve finally fixed it, all i had to do was reinstall the MSXML3 library files.
