This little bugger has been cause my mouse to lag for split second's along with over processes 
Like watching a dvd movie, It would stutter for a split second because this wmiprvse.exe would randomly eat 60+% cpu power
Now this process is a tricky one...It randomly start's and stop's itself so it's not always in the task manager, This process has somthing to do with window's firewall and windows update.
If anyone is having similar problem's with this process i suggest you goto Administrative Tool's in the control panel then click services, Near the bottom of the page there should be 2 processes called windows management, Right click and disable them both and this should sort the problem
